The Barn 28 is a compact, modern modular home measuring 7 by 4 meters, designed for comfort and energy efficiency. Its high-quality timber construction and insulated walls provide a cozy, durable living space perfect for year-round use.

Wall and roof frame made of 150×50 mm coniferous timber, treated for fire and biological protection.
Floor frame made of 100×150 mm and 150×50 mm coniferous timber, treated for fire and biological protection.
Wall and roof insulation with basalt wool, 150–250 mm (optional).
Floor insulation with basalt wool, 150–250 mm (optional).
Ventilated facade finished with planken boards, profiled sheets, or click-falz panels.
Roof finished with metal profiles with polymer coating or click-falz panels.
Interior wall finishing with natural wood lamellae.
Flooring finished with laminate.
Interior doors made of MDF with solid wood frames.
Energy-efficient PVC windows – 6-chamber WDS 70 mm profile, mass-tinted with double-sided lamination, double-glazed units filled with argon and low-emission glass.
Energy-efficient reinforced PVC entrance doors – 6-chamber WDS 70 mm profile, mass-tinted with double-sided lamination, double-glazed units filled with argon and low-emission glass.
Electrical wiring: copper VVG NGD cable in metal conduit; automation and hardware by Schneider Electric or Lezard.
Plumbing rough-in for sanitary fixtures (shower/bath, toilet, washbasin, boiler, kitchen sink).
