Laminated profiled metal sheet / click-fold panel, 0.45 mm thick, with a polymer coating, color RAL 7024 (Anthracite / Wet Asphalt).
Glazing
Six-chamber WDS 70 mm profile, mass-tinted with double-sided lamination, fitted with a two-chamber insulated glass unit filled with argon and low-emissivity energy-saving glass.

Foundation options include reinforced concrete piles or metal geoscrews. This type of foundation is reliable and suitable for any soil type, offering a practical advantage over block, strip, or monolithic foundations.
The prices listed on the website do not include Belgian VAT. Since our homes are manufactured and imported from outside Belgium, VAT will be added to the purchase price at the time of sale.
Delivery
You don’t need to worry about delivery! It is handled by our certified transport partner, equipped with all the necessary vehicles and equipment to move the modules safely and efficiently. Your home will be delivered quickly, intact, and directly to your plot.
Pricing is calculated individually based on your location and the size of the modules.
Delivery is carried out using:
Mobile crane – for loading modules at the factory and on-site.
Low-loader trailers or flatbed trucks – for transporting the complete structure.
